Lake Nona

There is a quote from a famous movie that goes “Build it, and they will come.”  The “it” in the movie was a baseball field in the middle of a corn field, but the saying pretty much applies to almost anything related to real estate.  Take Lake Nona for example.  Prior to the completion of the 417 Greenway about 25 years ago, Lake Nona was known by a precious few as a quiet, beautiful refuge from the hustle and bustle of Orlando.  Today, Lake Nona shines as one of Central Florida’s premier communities featuring a wide variety of stunning neighborhoods, golf courses, shopping and retail, along with many high-profile educational and medical institutions and corporations.
