I first came to Orlando in 1989…

So many years later, I still wake up every day happy to know that I’m living in one of the best places on earth! 

After spending many years as a successful entrepreneur in the entertainment industry and then as a designer and manufacturer of interactive water slides for theme parks, resorts and entertainment venues throughout the world, I found myself at a crossroads where I needed to determine what my next step would be.

I’ve always had a great passion for real estate…

So I decided to take advantage of having a few dollars in the bank and plenty of time on my hands for the first time in years by purchasing and renovating a couple of properties and selling them for a nice little profit with the help of my amazing wife Teresa, who was a real estate agent at the time.

Shortly thereafter, my wife acquired her broker’s license and the whole experience succeeded in inspiring and rekindling my entrepreneurial spirit and motivated me to become a licensed real estate agent myself.  In 2018, my wife founding her own real estate brokerage - Bay Street Group Florida LLC. So, not only is Teresa my wife and my best friend, she is also my boss! (Some would say she’s always been the boss, but now it’s official).

I now offer all of my combined business knowledge, expertise and real estate experience to help anyone seeking to sell their house, purchase their new home or invest in Central Florida’s amazing real estate market.
